How it works
Five steps, from here to your medal
- Register on this page. Choose 3K, 5K or 10K and pay. You get a WhatsApp message and an email straight away.
- Your T-shirt comes home. To the address you give in the form.
- Get the Telangana Runners app. Use its AntiOxidant feature to record your run. Before the run we send you the steps.
- Run on 6, 7 or 8 November. Any one day, anywhere you like, with the app recording.
- Your medal comes home. We check your run, then post your medal to you.

Before you register
Who can run?
Anyone aged 18 and over on the day of the run. The AntiOxidant feature in our app records runs for adults only, so the Diwali Run is for adults.
Where do I run?
Anywhere. A park, your street, a running track, in your own town. It is a virtual run, so there is no fixed course.
How is my run counted?
The Telangana Runners app records it. AntiOxidant is our timing partner. Open the app, start your run, and it does the rest. We send you the steps before 6 November.
Why does Telangana Runners hold runs like this?
